  • When I learned about @openbookfoundation I was in awe! Their mission? To bridge the literacy gap amongst low-income elementary schools. To date, 200,000 books have been donated to elementary schools. When they pinged me about a giveaway of @michelleobama's book, I wasn't sure what I would do. Then, all of a sudden it hit me! Who is my favoritest teacher that continually amazes me?! So today, I'd like to say a great big thanks to the foundation for providing me with a gift card to be able to provide 5 copies of Becoming to the student library of @hustlesway. Kymberli, thank you for all you do. Your student library is just what the kids need and exactly what we need to see out in this world. You are changing lives and the impact on our future is apparent!   • Celebratory ice cream for a long awaited dream come true. The gifts keep coming as does the gratitude. She gave me a fake smile because she was eyeballing my cone 😏. I love sharing my wins with her. She asks "how does it feel?" And some days I have no words but I keep talking about how unreal it seems, how smoothly everything has been, how grateful I am.
